With an EP, East Coast tour, and several festivals under his belt, Michael Banks is ready for greater opportunities. Emphasizing a worldly but popular sound, his music captivates and inspires a variety of audiences.

Although influenced by such artists as John Mayer, Simon and Garfunkel, and Radiohead, Michael provides the public with a musical style to which few can compare. His combination of progressive harmony and brooding melody are something to behold.

Just now starting to break out on to the scene, Michael Banks reflects on past experiences and future goals to communicate himself personally through music. He has been a diligent student of music for almost twenty years.

Classically trained, and with a post secondary music education, he is determined to show the world his passion for songwriting on his 2013 debut album.
